MICHAEL MOORE – 70 POUNDS
Michael Moore decided to take a slightly different approach to losing weight than most of the other celebrities we talked about. Instead of taking up exercise, he just focused on his diet and starting moving around a bit more than usual. He’d eat fiber-heavy foods, at least 35 grams per day, and avoid carbs as much as possible. The filmmaker also enrolled in a weight loss spa, the Pritkin Longevity Center and Spa, that cost him $4,500 per week!
According to him, all overweight people have 3 things in common: 1. they drink soda, which stops them from losing weight, 2. they sleep less than seven hours per day, and 3. they never eat, which they believe will help them lose weight (but of course, it doesn’t).
