WENDY WILLIAMS – 50 POUNDS
Wendy Williams had always felt a little uncomfortable about her weight, but her struggle with getting fit started off with a 4-year period where nothing seemed to work and all the fad diets and workout plans seemed to fail immensely. She then decided to push out everybody else’s advice and focus on her own knowledge of money management. Putting similar strategies in place, she created a regime of healthy eating, exercise, and self control. Thanks to her hard work, Williams managed to shed a total of 50 pounds in 3 years! Later, the television personality shared her weight loss journey to help others who were facing the same struggles as her.
