SAM SMITH – 50 POUNDS
English singer Sam Smith wasn’t exactly slim at the beginning of his career, and he has opened up in the past about struggling with emotional eating. Thankfully, he’s been able to overcome his struggles and has lost more than 50 pounds since then.
He says the credit goes to Amelia Freer, a UK-based nutritional therapist and author of the book Eat. Nourish. Glow. This book was Smith’s weight loss guide that helped him make healthy lifestyle choices as well as cut out negative habits. He now makes a conscious effort to avoid sugar, gluten, and dairy along with working out at the gym regularly.
