Fergie’s most valuable attribute may be her voice, but the singer is also proud of her hourglass-shaped figure. When she gained weight during her pregnancy, as is natural, Fergie vowed to lose it all after giving birth. True to her word, the ex-Black Eyed Peas member embarked on a strict diet that consisted of just 1,200 calories per day and lost 20 pounds total. Following this, she switched to a 1,600 calorie per day diet and coupled this with regular exercise in order to maintain her weight and figure. This mama certainly deserves credit for taking such good care of her body! Fergie is determined to shed off those extra pounds and keep her slim figure. With her determination, we should give her a lot of credit for that.
