Just like most pregnant women, Kate Winslet gained quite a bit of weight when she was carrying her third child. But to the surprise of many, she quickly slimmed down after giving. You’d expect that such a quick weight loss could have only occurred due to a strict diet and plenty of exercise, but the Titanic actress insists that it happened all naturally.
But, just like investment planning, she must have had planned her diet. Talking about her postpartum body, she said, “There’s terrible pressure on women to lose this baby weight, and I have to say, so far it’s just been Mother Nature being on my side this time.” Lucky her!
