DAVID BANNER – 40 POUNDS
Weighing at 225 pounds, David Banner was facing a host of medical issues from diabetes and high blood pressure to sleep apnea. His doctors advised him to lose weight if he wanted to get his life back on track. David knew that the first step would be to get rid of his unhealthy diet which, along with a sedentary lifestyle, had been the cause of his struggles with weight all his life.
The 45-year old then began to implement a healthy diet free of processed foods and took up a regular fitness regimen that included a variety of exercises. In the end, he successfully lost 40 pounds and had reduced his risk of those diseases that seemed imminent earlier.
