KIRSTIE ALLEY – 50 POUNDS
Kristie Lee’s weight has seen several ups and downs over the years – literally! She would try different diets and weight loss “tricks”, but they never seemed to work as well as she’d hoped or last as long. She then joined the Jenny Craig Diet plan. Although this did help her lose a bit of weight, she gained it back when she decided to take a break from it in 2007. It took her 7 more years to put a stop to the way things were progressing and she began going to the gym regularly. Through her hard work and determination, Alley has managed to get back into shape.
